Refund policy

90-day returns. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at twiddle-bunker1i@icloud.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong item: email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice, at no cost to you.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
