We offer a 30-day return window. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Returns that are sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some products cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery—no explanation needed. Items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
